Manchester United and Michael Carrick are keen to sign the 23-year-old Portugal winger Francisco Conceição from Juventus. The tricky former Porto player, who recently returned from the World Cup, is valued at about £43m.
Manchester United are also said to be ahead of Chelsea in the race to snap up Alex Scott from Bournemouth.
The potential signing of Francisco Conceição would be a significant boost to Manchester United's attack, as they look to improve on their 3rd place finish in the Premier League last season, with 58 points from 33 games, and a recent form of WLDWL.
Manchester United are keen to send Joshua Zirkzee on a season-long loan to Juventus, with an option for the Bianconeri to buy the 25-year-old. With their next fixture against Chelsea at home on 2027-02-06, Manchester United will be looking to make some key signings to strengthen their squad.
